We provide professional mobile bartenders and full-service liquid catering for weddings, private events, corporate events, and more. As a licensed and insured bartending company, we can supply the alcohol and complete bar setup, or you may provide the alcohol yourself and we’ll bring the bartenders.
We offer a wide variety of customizable packages, including:
 • Beer, wine, and liquor packages
 • Beer & wine packages
 • Cash bar options
 • Consumption bar options
 • Mocktail bar packages
 • Mixers-only packages
We also offer bar rentals, champagne towers, and a champagne wall to elevate your event experience.

How much do your services cost for a wedding?

Our wedding bartending services are priced based on guest count and service hours.
 • Bartender minimum starts at $250, which includes 4 hours of service - additional hours are $50 per hour 
 • Includes 1 hour of setup and 30 minutes of clean-up
 • We require 1 bartender for every 75 guests
 • Beverage packages are priced per guest

How much do your services cost for a private event?

Pricing for private events  depends on guest count and service hours.
 • Bartender minimum starts at $300 for 4 hours of service - additional hours are $50 per hour
 • Includes gratuity, bar tools, white cocktail napkins, cocktail straws, 1 hour of setup, and 30 minutes of clean-up
 • We require 1 bartender per 75 guests
 • Beverage packages are priced per guest

What is the difference between a Hosted Bar, Consumption Bar, and Cash Bar?

Accepted Answer

Hosted Bar means you've purchased alcohol according to your guest count, and DFW Bartending brings it to you. This is an open bar for your guests, and a simple solution for you. You'll select the Beer, Wine, and Liquor you would like served, and we do the rest!
 
Consumption Bar means you're billed according to how many drinks are served. This is a great option for corporate or fundraiser parties if drink tickets are used. 
 
Cash Bar means your guests are purchasing their own drinks. DFW Bartending offers card or cash payment options. (minimum of 10 business days lead time in order to secure TABC Permits)

Do I keep the alcohol leftover from a Hosted Bar Pacakge?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. According to our TABC License, any drinks we serve must be consumed "on premise", so in the same place it was served. We're not allowed to send anything home with you.
 
However, we do bring more than we think we will serve to make sure you get the most out of your Hosted Bar Package! We anticipate having some alcohol leftover, but the extras guarantee you'll have a well stocked bar.

Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Denton, Irving, Grapevine, Southlake, Keller, Mansfield, and surrounding areas.
