When should my bar open?

For parties, we recommend the bar opening just before guests begin arriving. As they get to the party, they'll be welcomed with a fresh drink and a smile!

If you're planning a wedding, the bar should open 30 minutes after the ceremony begins. If you need the bar to move from the cocktail hour space to the reception space, allow 20-30 minutes for the bar to be transferred. Guests won't notice the pause, as they're moving inside, finding their seats, and taking in your beautiful reception!

Bar service should always end 30 minutes before guests leave. (should you have last call announced? click here!)
