As a licensed and insured bartending company, we can supply the alcohol and complete bar setup, or you may provide the alcohol yourself and we’ll bring the bartenders.

• Bartender minimum starts at $250, which includes 4 hours of service - additional hours are $50 per hour

• We require 1 bartender for every 75 guests

Hosted Bar means you've purchased alcohol according to your guest count, and DFW Bartending brings it to you. This is an open bar for your guests, and a simple solution for you. You'll select the Beer, Wine, and Liquor you would like served, and we do the rest!

Consumption Bar means you're billed according to how many drinks are served. This is a great option for corporate or fundraiser parties if drink tickets are used.

Cash Bar means your guests are purchasing their own drinks. DFW Bartending offers card or cash payment options. (minimum of 10 business days lead time in order to secure TABC Permits)

The short answer is no. According to our TABC License, any drinks we serve must be consumed "on premise", so in the same place it was served. We're not allowed to send anything home with you.

However, we do bring more than we think we will serve to make sure you get the most out of your Hosted Bar Package! We anticipate having some alcohol leftover, but the extras guarantee you'll have a well stocked bar.
