Bartenders are $50/hour with a $250 minimum for weddings Bartenders are $50/hour with a $300 minimum for non-wedding events

Gratuity varies by event. Private non-wedding events require a $100 gratuity per bartender. Wedding event gratuity allows the bartender to have a tip jar out for your guests to tip. If you would like to cover the tip so your guests do not have to we can add the tip amount of ether $100 or 35% depending on bartender total to your invoice. Gratuity is only applied to the services you have hired, not the liquor package or rentals.

Of course! DFW Bartending carries a Liquor License, so we can bring the drinks to you. You'll select your menu, and we do the rest! This is a hands-free, all-inclusive option your guests will love! We also have bars and glassware you can rent for the day. Check out the Rentals page.

Hosted Bar means you've purchased alcohol according to your guest count, and DFW Bartending brings it to you. This is an open bar for your guests, and a simple solution for you. You'll select the Beer, Wine, and Liquor you would like served, and we do the rest! Consumption Bar means you're billed according to how many drinks are served. This is a great option for corporate or fundraiser parties if drink tickets are used. Cash Bar means your guests are purchasing their own drinks. DFW Bartending offers card or cash payment options. (minimum of 10 business days lead time in order to secure TABC Permits)

The short answer is no. According to our TABC License, any drinks we serve must be consumed "on premise", so in the same place it was served. We're not allowed to send anything home with you. However, we do bring more than we think we will serve to make sure you get the most out of your Hosted Bar Package! We anticipate having some alcohol leftover, but the extras guarantee you'll have a well stocked bar.
